Ordering
How to purchase: Purchases can only be made through this web
site's shopping cart. We cannot take your order over the phone (except in cases where there is a problem with internet or your internet connection).
Sales Tax: No sales tax is charged for any orders.
Payment Options: We accept American Express, Discover,
MasterCard, VISA, Check or Debit Cards with a VISA, or MasterCard logo,
and Money Orders. Personal Checks are accepted but will cause a delay in
order shipment of up to 10 business days. Sorry, we do not handle CASH
or C.O.D. orders.
International Orders: We are unable to ship orders outside of the
United States or its territories at this time.
Shipping
Shipping Methods: You have the choice of sending your package USPS Priority Mail or USPS Express Mail. Express Mail orders are shipped within 24
hours of purchase and Priority orders are shipped within 48 hours. No shipping is done on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays.
Order Tracking: Upon shipment of your order, you will receive a shipping
confirmation email. It will contain all the details about your shipment
including a tracking number. Express Mail orders contain real time
tracking. Priority Mail orders contain only destination
tracking.
Signature Confirmation: If you request, we will send your package with
signature confirmation.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns and Exchanges: If your Excalibur Product fails within 30 days
due to normal wear and tear and you do not want an exchange, ExcaliburProducts.com will issue you a refund in the full amount
including the original shipping charges once the product has been
returned to us with the proper documentation (a copy of your invoice,
letter stating complaint and relevant contact information).
Please note: This the following policy applies to RETAIL ORDERS ONLY.
Wholesale purchases (wholesale defined as the total volume of products equaling 10 or more) are final upon sale unless different terms are requested by the customer prior to placing an order.
If you are not satisfied with any products within the first 5 days, you can return it to us for a full refund (not including shipping
charges). You must contact us within 5 days of receivig your order to qualify for a full refund (not including shipping charges). In order to receive a refund, the
product must be returned in sellabe condition in it's original state including the box, plastic wrapping and documentation (absolutely no wear and tear). You are also responsible for the shipping charges
incurred shipping any products back to us.
Date of purchase and invoice number will be needed to process all refund requests. Please include this info with the return shipment.
