Wholesale volume is generally defined as 12 or more items in an order. We are able to get better pricing from the manufacturer for larger order, but we will go to work for you to get the best price you will find anywhere.

Wholesale Purchasing Options

Option #1. Wholesale purchases (12 or more items) can be made through this web site's shopping cart using discount coupons provided by an account representative. Please email or call us to obtain a discount coupon for your purchase. Option #2: Submit a Purchase Order. We only accept purchase orders from approved companies, so please contact us for an application. Option #3: An account manager can process your order over the phone.

Payment Options: We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, VISA, Check or Debit Cards with a VISA, or MasterCard logo, Money Orders, Cashiers Check, Business Check and Wire Transfer. We do not handle C.O.D. orders.

Order Turnaround: Please allow 48 hours for wholesale order processing. Shipment may be further delayed based on the size of the order or current availability. Please consult with your account manager for details.

New Accounts: Each new account must be qualified and/or build account history before all payment options are available for certain dollar amount purchases.

International Orders: We are unable to ship orders outside of the United States or its territories at this time.

Shipping

Shipping Methods: You have the choice of sending your package with your shipping method of choice. Be sure to specify to your account manager any extra shipping details such as shipper/account numbers of the shipping company desired. If you do not specify a specific shipping company and/or account to use, we will ship best way depending on the time frame needed.

Shipping Costs: We do not inflate the shipping costs for your wholesale and/or distributor orders. Shipping costs are passed on to you in the exact amount as billed to us.

Order Tracking: Upon shipment of your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. It will contain all the details about your shipment including a tracking number.


Returns & Exchanges

All wholesale purchases are generally final upon sale. Other options are available so please discuss your requirements with your account representative before submitting your order.
