We accept all major credit cards and you can
safely enter your credit card details via
our secure server, which encrypts all
submitted information.
Our secure socket layer (SSL) software is
the industry standard and among the best
software available today for secure commerce
transactions. It encrypts all of your
personal information including credit card
number, name and address so that it cannot
be read as the information travels over the
Internet.
We believe that transmitting encrypted
credit card information through this method
is significantly more secure than sending
them through a fax, phone call or regular
mail (none of which are encrypted and are
far more easily intercepted).

2. Can I
pay by check or money order?
Yes you can.
Please send us a money order or your check
and after the funds clear, we will
immediately process your order. Be sure to
include your order specifications, funds for
shipping cost and ship to address. Calculate
shipping cost by using the shopping cart
functions to get an estimate.

Policy and Guarantee
1. What is the
Guarantee?
Warranty is rated at one year for all
products. Guaranteed to the original
consumer that its products are free from any
electrical or mechanical defects for a
period of one year from the date of
purchase. If any such defect is discovered
within the warranty period, Excalibur
Electronics, will repair of replace the unit
free of charge upon receipt of the unit,
shipped postage prepaid and insured to the
factory address shown below.
The warranty covers
normal consumer use and does not cover
damage that occurs in shipment or failure
that results in alterations, accident,
misuse, abuse, neglect, wear and tear,
inadequate maintenance, commercial use, or
unreasonable use of the unit. Removal of any
parts, panels or tampering to a device voids
all warranties. This warranty does not cover
cost of repairs made or attempted outside
the factory.
Any applicable
implied warranties, including warranties of
merchantability and fitness, are hereby
limited to one year form the date of
purchase. Consequential or incidental
damages resulting from a breach of any
applicable express or implied warranties are
hereby excluded. Some states do not allow
limitations on the duration of implied
warranties and do not allow exclusion of
incidental or consequential damages, so the
above limitations and exclusions in these
instances may not apply.

Ship the unit carefully packed, preferably
in the original carton, prepaid with
Delivery Confirmation and adequately
insured. Include a letter, detailing the
complaint, your order number and include
your daytime telephone number and all
relevant contact information placed inside
the shipping carton.

2. What is your exchange policy?
If the product is or becomes faulty
within one year of purchase, Excalibur
Electronics will exchange the faulty item
for a new one. Please refer
to the above question for more details.
If the product
arrives damaged from shipping, ship the unit
carefully packed, preferably in the original
carton, and send it prepaid with Delivery
Confirmation to the address below:

3. What is your refund policy?
If your Excalibur Product fails within 30
days due to normal wear and tear and you do
not want an exchange, ExcaliburProducts.com
will issue you a refund in the full amount
including the original shipping charges once
the product has been returned to us with the
proper documentation (a copy of your
invoice, letter stating complaint and
relevant contact information).
Please
note: This additional policy applies to
RETAIL ORDERS ONLY. Wholesale purchases
(wholesale defined as the total volume of
products equaling 10 or more) are final upon
sale.
If you are not satisfied with any of the
products within the first 5 days, you can
return it to us for a full refund minus the
shipping charge. You must return the product
within 5 days upon reciept with signature
proof of delivery. This is an additional
refund policy ExcaliburProdusts.com has
implemented in order to ensure our customers
are happy. However, we do reserve the right
to deny a refund request based upon evidence
of any of damage to the box, plastic,
documentation and/or product upon its
return. In order to receive your refund, the
product/s must be returned in it's original
state including the box, plastic wrapping
and documentation (absolutely no wear and
tear on any of the items listed). You are
also responsible for the shipping charges
incurred shipping the product/s back to us.
Proof, date of purchase and invoice number
will be needed to process any and all
requests. Please include this info with the

Shipping
1. How long does
it take to receive my order?
You will receive your order courtesy of
USPS. Our orders usually take 1 - 3 days for
order processing. Once the order is
processed at our facility, delivery time
will be dependent on the delivery method of
shipping you select.
If you have failed to
claim your package and it is returned to us,
we will immediately reship your item using
the same shipping services initially
requested. Your credit card will be billed
the appropriate amount. You will receive
another tracking email that will notify you
the product is again en route.
If the package goes
unclaimed a second time, the original
product amount, minus the shipping charges,
will be refunded to your credit card and we
will not ship again until further notice
from you.

We only ship to customers within the
United States. We do not accept any
International orders.

General Flashlight
1. How is the
brightness of the flashlight measured?
The brightness is
measured in LUX which is the measurement of
metric brightness . The brightness of the
large Forever Flashlight is 7400 LUX at zero
feet. The brightness of the small Forever
Flashlight is 3680 LUX at zero feet.
Zero feet being one inch in front of the
lens. To convert to English terms, 1 LUX =
0.929 Foot Candles. One foot candle is the
amount of light one square foot a surface
receives when it's one foot away from a
candle.

2. If I shake the
flashlight for more than thirty seconds can
I get more than five minutes of burn time?
Five minutes is the
average duration of light you will receive.
It is possible you could get more but at
most only a couple of minutes. The longer
you shake it, the brighter the light will
become. Once the light dims you can shake it
again for 15 to 30 seconds and full power is
restored. Just shake and produce light
forever!

3. Will the light
work well in adverse conditions?
This light is tough. It is completely
waterproof, floats, temperature has no
effect until 140* F, which is the melting
point of plastic. Drop it and it will
continue to operate without a problem.

4. How can the light bulb never wear
out?
The Forever Flashlight uses a LED (Light
Emitting Diodes). LEDs are just tiny light
bulbs that fit easily into an electrical
circuit. But unlike ordinary incandescent
bulbs, they don't have a filament that will
burn out, and they don't get especially hot.
They are illuminated solely by the movement
of electrons in a semiconductor material,
and they last just as long as a standard
transistor.

5. Is the large flashlight brighter
than the small flashlight?
The differences in size between the two
flashlights, do not affect the brightness or
range. Both lights have a range of up to 1
mile. The larger light enjoys a larger LED
which emits a larger diameter of light and a
larger amount of coverage per square feet.
